Terms & Conditions of Sale
The Solisca website (our “Site”) is owned and operated by Solisca (“we,” “us,” “our,” etc.). Our Site contains links to purchase alcohol products via independent, third-party retailers in the Paiseh, Inc. (“AccelPay”) network. We nor this Site is directly involved in any sale of alcohol between you and licensed beverage alcohol retailers.
This Terms & Conditions of Sale section tells you the terms on which AccelPay facilitates the sale of any of the distilled spirits products (“Products”) listed on our Site to you. By ordering any of the Products, you agree to these terms. If you refuse to accept these terms, you will not be able to order any Products.
Orders for delivery in USA
If you have ordered Products for delivery to an address in the USA, your order will be handled by licensed, third-party retailers in the AccelPay network. AccelPay’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and payment terms apply to any purchase you make via AccelPay and are between you and the third-party retailers. We do not accept any responsibility for delivery of orders within the USA.

Refund Policy
If you are over 21, you may purchase alcoholic beverages via the Site through Licensed Retailers. Prices reflect those determined by the Licensed Retailers. Retailers may accept or reject offers due to lack of availability, inability to verify your age, or any other reason. If declined, you will receive a refund for the declined portions of your order.
Licensed Retailers are solely responsible for sales and fulfillment, including product selection, pricing, order acceptance, delivery, or shipping.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is a flat rate of $15 on orders under $70. Orders over $70 ship free. Shipping dates and/or arrival times are estimates. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Solisca, AccelPay, or its retail partners.
The Products will be fulfilled by third parties. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Packages cannot be sent to PO boxes. Orders to PO boxes will be rejected and refunded.
Delivery & Age Verification
All deliveries require a signature from someone 21 or older with valid ID. If there is no eligible recipient, delivery cannot be completed. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned. An additional $25 fee applies for re-shipping. Refunds for returned packages are at the discretion of the retailer.
We recommend that if no eligible recipient will be available, you arrange with the carrier to redirect your package for pickup. Packages cannot be left unattended. Solisca, AccelPay, and its retail partners are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to address issues provided by the customer.
